Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund accordingly. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or defective.

In the event of items damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon receipt, you'll be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Likewise, if you received the wrong item, we'll arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you may still be eligible for a refund, provided it's returned in its original condition.

However, there are certain items that are non-refundable, including items marked as final sale, personalized or customized items, and items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Once we've received and processed your return, we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll initiate the refund to your original payment method within 3 - 6 business days. If your return is not approved, we'll provide a detailed explanation via email as well.
